A trade counts toward your plan only when both sides complete it. Buyers pay a 3% buyer protection fee on cash purchases. Postage is charged at the actual label cost. No discount codes or gift cards. Agree on a trade, a cash purchase, or both. If cash is involved, the buyer pays now: our fees come out and the seller's share is held in the seller's own Stripe account.
We call to confirm
We call both sides to confirm the mailing address, every item and the deal terms. Calls are recorded.
Ship to us, we authenticate
Both sides ship to our Plano, Texas desk with tracking. We inspect and photograph every item and check graded items' certificate numbers.
Delivered, then paid
We ship each item to its new owner with tracking. The seller is paid when tracking confirms delivery. If something fails, it goes back and the buyer is refunded.
